INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets forth the general rules of the processing (obtaining, recording, holding, disclosing etc.) by Cryb PTE. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore ​(hereinafter the “Company​”, “​we​”, “us”, “our”) of personal data collected from and about User of the Company’s website: https://cryb.com/# (hereinafter the “Website”), mobile applications or any other features, technologies or products offered by the Company (collectively the “Services”).

It is understood and presumed that by the fact of the Services use or by providing the Company the personal data, the User has fully read, understood and accepted this Policy. If any User does not agree with this Policy in general or any part of it, such User should withhold from using the Services. User’s continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this Policy will be deemed as User’s acceptance of those changes.

This Policy shall for all purposes forms part of the Terms of Service (the “Terms”). All capitalised terms not specifically defined in this Policy shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms.

 

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The primary purpose of personal data collection, storage and processing shall only be the identification of the Users.

The Company may collect personal data from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit the Website, register on the Website or fill out different forms as may be required from time to time.

The Company may collect and store the following personal data about User:

  6. passport details;
  7. telephone number(s);
  8. photo (with User’s face visible);
  9. username and password at the Services.

In certain cases when additional verification by bank or compliance authority is needed according to governmental rules, anti-money laundering (AML) or “know-your-customer” (KYC) policies, the Company may require User to provide additional information, in particular, confirmation of proceeds sources and sworn statements.

When the User visit the Website, the Company collect personal data automatically. Such personal data includes:

b) device information, such as computer or mobile device User’s use to access the Website, including its location and mobile network information;

  1. PROCESSING AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Company collects only the personal data that the Company need for Users proper use of the Services. In particular, the Company use the User’s personal data to:

The Company shall not ask the User’s separate consent before using the personal data of Users for purposes that are not listed herein.

The Company is the only Users’ personal data controller and processor.

The User has the right to require the Company to delete User’s personal data or revoke his (or her) consent for collection, processing and storage of his (or her) personal data by the Company at any time by a notification thereof not later than 3 (three) months in advance.

The Company reserves the right to store the personal data for as long as it is necessary to provide Services to User.

The Users have a right to demand the Company to provide access to User’s personal data and to require the correction, updating or deletion of incorrect or/and inaccurate data by contacting to the Company.

  1. DISCLOSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Company may share information about User as follows:

a) with current and future (e.g. companies that the Company plans to merge with or be acquired by) Company’s partners, affiliates, subsidiaries and other companies under common control and ownership;

b) with affiliates, consultants, and other service providers, e.g. banking and brokerage partners, identification service providers for fraud prevention purposes, lawyers;

c) to comply with the law, enforce the Website policies, or protect the Company’s rights, property or safety;

d) to third parties with your consent or at your direction.

User acknowledges and agrees that in the event of the Company were acquired, or the Company goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, User information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party and transfer of User’s personal data to such third parties may occur.

By submitting the personal data to the Company, the Users confirm that such personal data may became subject of the transnational transfer to enable processing of personal data by our staff operating in other countries.

The Company undertakes to provide any and all efforts and actions prescribed by applicable law to store any of User’s personal data in secrecy.

The Company shall use relevant electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the privacy of the personal data provided to the Company from loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration and destruction. As soon as the Company receives User’s private information, the Company shall implement reasonable security measures and procedures to avoid unauthorised access from any third party.

Transmission of personal data over the Internet using personal computers or mobile devices is not completely safe and, therefore, the Company shall not liable for the security of any personal data Users are transmitting over the Internet.

  1. CHANGES OF THE POLICY

The Company has a right to change this Policy from time to time to ensure that this Policy is consistent with any changes to the laws and regulations applicable to the Company and Services. All changes will become effective when posted on the Website unless indicated otherwise.
